How do I get a quote?
Fill out our free quote form, or call or text us at (864) 625-1389. Tell us about your space and what you need, and we'll get back to you with pricing.
Do you charge hourly or a flat rate?
Both. Residential cleaning starts at $40/hour and deep cleaning at $50/hour. Many jobs can be priced at a flat rate once we know the size, condition and cleaning needs of the property. See our pricing page.
What affects the price?
Square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition of the space, how often you'd like cleaning, and any add-ons such as laundry, inside appliances or interior windows.
Do you clean commercial spaces on a contract?
Yes. Recurring commercial clients receive a written quote and a signed service agreement so expectations are clear for everyone.
Supplies & What's Included
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer we use specific products, for example for allergies or special surfaces, just let us know and we're happy to use yours.
What is included in a standard clean?
Dusting, kitchen counters and appliance exteriors, bathrooms, floors, trash and general tidying. Deep cleans add baseboards, cabinet fronts, built-up grime and more. Each service lists what's included.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients give us access and go about their day. Just let us know how we'll get in and any instructions for your home.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Absolutely. Please let us know about any pets when you request a quote so we can plan accordingly.
Payment & Scheduling
How do I pay?
Payment is due when the cleaning is complete. We'll confirm accepted payment methods with your quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that time to another client.
What areas do you serve?
Simpsonville, Greenville, Mauldin and the surrounding Upstate South Carolina area. We're also open to traveling farther for the right job, so just ask!
